I am a big believer in positioning oneself near the sea for After-Time life. Being within hiking distance of the sea brings many, many benefits, the main advantages of which are a massive amount of food and opportunities for travel. People who live inland usually eat land animals and do not usually have a taste for seafood mainly because they were most probably raised with beef, lamb or chicken. Therefore, in-landers may have the most adjustment of all which stands as counter-point to not having to move house fort the catastrophic event. The Pole-Shift brings reduced stringent growing conditions caused by a global volcanic ash-filled stratosphere: stratospheric winds, or jet stream, distributes the volcanic ash world-wide, this will be a fact. ZetaTalk says 20 years of volcanic gloom in the After-Time. Now that is a blanket statement, so I do expect there will be variations on the amount of sunlight that reaches the ground for growing food. The point here is that if you are raising animals for food, you need lush grass land or shrub-land for your livestock to eat and without enough sunlight you cannot support growing food for yourself or for your animals. So, obviously, if one wants to access an abundance of food in the After-Time, being near the ocean is the place to be. Perhaps living near a lake is an option, but the sea hosts far more species of animals and plants for consumption. But there is a problem with being near the sea before the Pole-Shift: the massive movement of the ocean landward during the Pole-Shift event will destroy and wash away anything within many miles of the sea, depending on the local geography of course. As an aside, if one is a vegetarian, this is an even more compelling reason to position yourself near the sea: massive amounts of seaweed. So, how do we establish a safe camp that is both, near the sea and safe from the sea during the Pole-Shift at the same time? Its doable, let me explain. We know certain things about the Pole-Shift, thanks to ZetaTalk. Regardless to how you may feel and think about ZetaTalk, it has a 17 year track record of accuracy, so lets put that issue aside. First, we know that the worlds ocean sea level will rise considerably. This is due to the fact that the current poles will be near the equator immediately after the Pole-Shift. This will cause the massive ice build-up over the last 3,600 + years to fully melt which will flood the oceans to a new sea level of 675 feet above the present levels. Second, the result of all this is that we can calculate where the new beaches of the world will be by an accurate sea level prediction website here: heywhatsthat/sealevel.html At this website, you input the 675 foot rise, press enter and then zoom into your chosen geographical location. You can then see where the ocean will be after about 1.5 years into the After-Time. Depending on your location, you may have to establish two camps, one at the safe location away from the sea, and the other near the sea shore. The latter is required when living on an island with high mountains, but those people living inland a few hundred miles from the sea have the best advantage: river valleys will become inlets. Sea inlets are a very convenient way to both fish and forage in the sea, travel to other shores by raft/boat and have the advantage of deep water. So you see by positioning your Pole-Shift safe location strategically pre-Pole-Shift, you can reap the benefits of having a safe location during the Pole-Shift and an advantageous sea shore location at the same time: the sea will come to you.
