I am a less than ordinary lady with a extraordinary testimony. I have had two visits from angels this week. I didnt know when I was going to be able to get my nieces bikes out of lay away because of doctor bills. I hadnt shared that with folks but someone knew. The phone rang and I saw on caller ID that it was walmart. To be honest, I was a little worried because they never call me so I let it ring and ring. They werent going to give up, so I gave in and answered. That is when Eric said Tonya, I got something to tell you. A Secret Santa came in and paid your lay away off. As the tears formed, I still smiled because I knew the Lord was standing right beside me and I didnt want him to see me any other way and I have to admit I felt a little guilty for making him wait for me to answer the phone.. My out of this world experience didnt stop there. You see God knows how much I adore this prayer line and the souls that make it up. How thankful I am for the many prayers yall have sent up for all those in need that he has sent my way!! I came to yall with worries and also hope and was received with open arms. And let me not forget the ones generated for me that have brought me through some hard times. I will never forget how I came to you with a broken heart and an unspoken. I got messages and visits at walmart telling me that yall had me covered and request were going up. That weekend God sent me a sign and sent me to a church where I found him waiting and special people that he knew I needed. I dont know if yall know the impact you have had on my life. But you took someone who at times felt like she didnt belong and with you I belonged. I have a heart that some cant understand and you understood. I dont know how many lives this prayer line has touched. I only know I am one of the many. And God saw fit to bless me Saturday when he sent an angel through my line to give me let me know that yall loved me too and she gave this coin so I would always remember. Oh and a hug too. I was surprised and unworthy and overjoyed by my Christmas visitors But I had invited them. I often tell people that God may not have face book but it doesnt mean he doesnt read it. I recently posted the following Jesus is not only invited to my Christmas but he will be the guest of honor! I dont know how many invitations he gets anymore, so when he receives one he must be through the pearly gates before you can say miracle. You know I would have been happy with him just showing up, but he brought gifts. This week has also brought a lot of friends and passing strangers telling me of their needs this season. And I am sharing this in hopes they will read it. Jesus is making appearances and there is not such thing as too short of call for him. But I have heard of people inviting people thinking they wont come. Let me tell you ahead of time, you need only to invite him if your serous because he will show up. You can choose to believe me or not But ask yourself this. Why wouldnt you? I am not asking for donations and I am not selling anything. I just care!! And I might have hoped that when you start seeing things happening and God working then you might share and so on and so on and the real spirit of the season will be alive. Then we can send the Happy Holiday packing and here in the Mountains we can have ourselves a Merry Christmas!
