I am a little behind with an update since Keith got out of the hospital,but we are so touched by everyones concern,calls,cards,messages and continued prayers. We had appointments on Monday with the Oncologist and our family Dr. The chemo has been stopped, and he will have a CT scan next Wed. the 24th. It was originally going to be after the 5th cycle of chemo,but since its been stopped, they have moved it up. Dr Mowat said he had 3 good cycles of chemo and did fairly well,until the ulcer happened... He feels pretty good and is gaining strength, but is still really puffy from the IV fluids they had to give him,which is pretty uncomfortable for him, so he is on Lasix(diuretic) for 5 days to hopefully help drain the fluid. The last few days I have seen him getting back to his old self!!!! He has made me laugh so much!!! And it just makes my heart dothe happy dance!!! We would appreciate your continued prayers for healing of the ulcer and for him to continue gaining strength and as we get prepared for the CT scan,Keith has said all along that nothing is going to show up,and we are still truly trusting God. He has been and is still in control!!!! We love and appreciate all of you so much.......
