I am a little late posting this one. 7 A.M. Our first site in Bryant, Arkansas. If you have never seen these guys, they are amazing. This is an extremely dangerous job and physically taxing. These guys were working on a Monopole Cell Tower hanging from a harness, bracing themselves on one-half inch pegs with a tool belt weighing about 50 lbs around their waist while a ground crew hoists bags of nuts and bolts up in heavy bags for them to install steel plates to reinforce the tower for more equipment and strong winds and ice. They work long hours suspended just as they are in the photo. Oh! I forgot to mention, on every tower is an FCC Warning regarding Hazardous Radio Frequencies. Ding....Ding...School is out for the day.
