I am a very big fan of cooking, infact its one of my hobbies and thats what prompted me to watch almost all cooking programs from maggi to onga, men cook2 and recently knorr taste quest. I however discovered sumtin odd about the latter and it has to do with the kind of meals they prepare,truth is majority of the meals are not known to the common Nigerian which they air it to.Secondly they dont even state how the dishes are prepared all we see is running around and the next ting is bam foods ready. Then the judges act as if they eat this food everyday at home and when they analise the food to me its like they are talking gibberish.you cant go abroad and in a cooking competition u see dem cooking african meals its next to impossible but here in Nigeria u see a cooking competition in which most of the viewers know nothing about the foods prepared there i mean there are tons of tribes in this country and they all have their diff meals why not bring the contestants together and test their knowledge on this dishes instead of westernizing everything. This is my opinion though i am not a bush guy just trying to be African and realistic
