I am about to share a secret that has been the best decision I have ever made for MYSELF. Ive kept it to myself, because I didnt want anyone trying to talk me out of it and after the decision, I just wasnt ready to tell people until now. let me first explain what helped me make this decision. I have a really bad back, neck, and hypothyroidism. I also had a lot of steroid shots that never helped me, but did pack on the pounds. I just could get rid of the weight! I only had 50 lbs. to lose, but it seemed like 200. So here it goes.....I had the Gastric Sleeve Surgery. I havent lied about giving up Dr. Peppers, bread, potatoes, pasta, and rice cause I did, I just had this extra help to give me the willpower. I hope this helps someone else that is struggling. I also know this is not for everyone. It was my decision and some might see it as a cop out, but thats your opinion and thats fine. ........shew, glad to have the cat out of the bag. Peace out ;-)
