I am absolutely discussed in the Mnadurah Store! I went into the store with a prescription for my daughter today, got asked if I have any concessions, I said no as havent for months now since taking up employment, and the staff member said ok we will get that easy for you. I collected and paid and went on my way. 2 hours later after giving my daughter her medication I get a phone call from the phamisist stating that she accidentally put it through as a concession price and that I must go back in and either return the product or pay the outstanding balance. I refused as I had paid and left the store. It was there stuff up and I should not have been contacted whats so ever nor harassed by the phamisist for her mistake. I am not happy at all. If the total came to the actual price of course I would of been more than happy to pay but as I was charged what I was I payed and left. This issue needs to be resolved! U do not contact a customer 2 hours after they leave stating that they are sorry that they undercharged you and you must come back in.
