I am absolutely disgusted! I rarely post personal grievences on facebook, particularly on my business page. However, as a small business owner in the community imagine my distress and embarrassment today when I have been refused a visit by my local domestic appliance company, Brynna Domestic Appliances, to service my washing machine - because of the estate I live on! Shocked and appalled doesnt even cover it! In this day and age, that one could be discriminated against because of where they live is just frankly abhorrant. So I am sharing this post to let other members of the community of Llanharan know that if you are looking to have your appliances serviced by Brynna Domestic Appliances you may want to check your post code first, and heaven forbid you should perhaps have lost your home in the recession and live on a council estate - as apparently we dont deserve to be treated like human beings!
