I am absolutely disgusted in something which just happened to me, I was on the phone doing a phone interview (like chatting to the manager of the company before being invited in for the actual face to face interview) anyway I was really excited theyd contacted me as the job sounded great and the woman asked if it was cool to do a questionnaire before we arranged the face to face interview and I agreed. The questions were pretty usual, and then the health questions came... Normal things, do you need hearing aids, do you have glasses etc etc and then all of a sudden Do you have any mental health issues such as bipolar schizophrenia depression or anxiety? and I just slammed the phone down as quick as I could. No way am I telling them what I have wrong with me when sometimes I cant even tell myself that, no way am I being discriminated against because of my mind set, how dare they ask someone such an in depth and personal thing where theyd just make assumptions based on the words and not the facts. Anyway moral of the story is if you ask me about my mind set I wont be working for your company GOODBYE
