I am absolutely disgusted with Michelle Beadle. I am disgusted with ESPN. Whoopi Goldberg commented on this a couple of weeks ago and she received a ton of backlash as well and she didnt back down. We need to understand that in every situation there are different elements and to make a sweeping assumption that all cases are the same is irresponsible. To say that ALL victims of domestic violence didnt provoke is irresponsible. On this attached video I dont know how much more articulately Stephen A. Smith could have explained his stance: he said domestic violence was wrong about 15 times, he stated that many of the perpetrators were criminal and deserved to get the punishment that they get, but he also stated what many people state on Facebook everyday. Do not put your hands on any other person. No PERSON has the right to spit, hit, throw anything, take the heel of a shoe and hit another human, and to say that to any of those actions arent provoking is just plain biased.
