I am all about fascia, it is amazing and fascinating and utilizing fascial techniques can give excellent results both on their own and in conjunction with other techniques. Bruce Bentley was in Townsville this weekend and while I was unable to attend his full workshop I was able to get a glimpse into the workshop and the beauty of cupping with silicone cups. Bruce presents his techniques with verve and passion this is his life work and in sharing his enthusiasm shows. I use glass flame cups regularly and I love the whole concept of lifting to give stretch and encourage the movement of tissue and fluid. The silicone cups with their flexibility and complete portability add new dimensions along with the application techniques that Bruce has developed over decades of practical application. I will let you know when he will be back I for one am excited.
