I am all for paying servers an hourly wage with no tips.... say $20 hr (which would be a pay increase for some but a pay cut for a lot of servers). However if the minimum wage gets to $15 an hour I am not for $15 hr plus tips. The interesting part about that would with eateries being forced to pay a better wage they would raise their menu prices (which is fine by me). So if servers were getting $15 an hr plus their 20% they would in essence be getting another pay raise because the overall bills would be larger.
