I am all for security online. But I am now getting SICK of companies shoving idiotic security steps into minor things. The latest is the moronic FedEx #fail websites so-called security step! Now I cant pay the ONE outstanding invoice of $21.04 online because it wont let me use my already REGISTERED account that I already use to make payments, unless I provide TWO recent FedEx invoice numbers for security. Yeah, like I travel around the world carrying old FedEx invoices knowing one day some stupid security clerk could make me pass through this dumb hoop. What IDIOT came up with that?
