I am also convinced no one I know sleeps. Before social media was so prevalent what did we do? I know for me I was childless so sleeping 8 hours was a dream come true and many parts of life was an afterthought. Did we read soft and hardcover books? Actually sleep? There were no ipads and so forth. Was the internet even fun then? Was this when RSS feeds were in development?
