I am always posting dinners so today I thought I would post a delicious genuinely healthy breakfast. Grilled Chicken Frittata: 3 large egg whites 2 large whole eggs 5-6 oz of chicken breast, pan grilled. 5 oz chopped fresh tomato (i strain the tomatoes to drain excess moisture) 2.5 oz chopped and carmalized vidalia onion 1/4 cup cottage cheese (again strained to remove excess moisture) 1 whole small Avacado. If you prefer more complex carbs in the morning you can 86 the avacado and sprinkle a few tablespoons of Quinoa instead. ( Nutrition stats will change ) This is a LOT of food too btw so if your not a big eater you can half it. Totals: 504 Calories 21g Fat 16g Carbs 64g Protein
