I am amazed at the panic which is ragging in many Christians over Ebola and ISIS. Could it be that we Americans have substituted our way of life for faith and trust in God; and now the faith of many is being stretched to the breaking point? If the prelude frightens this deeply what will happen when the real endtime troubles arise. If you are panic stricken at the sound of a firecracker what will you do when the dynamite goes off. Je 12:5-6 (MSG) 5-6 “So, Jeremiah, if you’re worn out in this footrace with men, what makes you think you can race against horses? And if you can’t keep your wits during times of calm, what’s going to happen when troubles break loose like the Jordan in flood?
