I am amazed at the rolodex of sins people keep at their fingertips, so they are readily available to be used in order to remind others of their shortcomings. The rolodex is usually filled with problems and issues in which the caster of judgement has either overcome, or is not affected by in their lives. The shortcomings and issues which affect them personally are usually kept tucked away, out of sight in the dark crevasses of their hearts and hidden like dark treasures of which they hope no one will ever discover. Exposing the sins of others, will never help you on your path to Heaven. The darkness that resides within us all, is where the most attention should be directed. God doesnt give brownie points for exposing the sin in other peoples lives. The soul that resides within us is the one that needs to be cleaned. If Jesus had wanted us to be the judge and jury in the sins and shortcomings of others, he would have never said He that is without sin, let him cast the first stone. Stop trying to clean up the lives of others by announcing their sins to the world. Instead, look deep inside yourselves and scrape away at the painful layers of hidden mire that torment us all. Exposing the sins of others, only causes the delay of dealing with the real problem. Instead, cast your gaze inward. Trust me, there is enough work to be done on the inside to keep us all busy for the rest of our lives.
