I am an expert meal skipper. I regularly under eat daily by 1,000 calories or more and have committed to my SUCCESS partner (not EXCUSE partner) and were starting TODAY. We thought about waiting until Monday and laughed it off--we need to start TODAY. Under eating will cause weight gain and fat retention. Im not heavy because I eat too much--Im overweight cuz I skip meals and under eat. Im going to share my journey with you, too.
