I am annoyed by people who get upset that other people speak different languages, and live in the United States. I dislike hearing, Youre in America, speak English! First off, America covers every country from The USA, Canada, Mexico, and ALL of South America, and the Virgin Islands. Many of those countries have different languages, and NEVER spoke English. Second off, America was originally a free country belonging to the Native Americans. Third off, English is a language traditionally spoken by people from England, not by people from America. Fourth off, this nation, the USA prides itself on the rich history of immigration, without which this country would not exist at all today. That immigration includes people from countries where English is not spoken. Further, your own ancestry is likely from other countries, where English is not spoken. Do not pretend to be somehow more patriotic, and better than those who do not speak English. The very act of criticism against their lacking English skills proves that you dont respect the very history this nation prides itself on. And that is not in the least patriotic.
