I am asking for positive thoughts and energy today. I have a dear family member who is in a crisis with no easy solution available; all options are terribly painful. Today we dropped the van off at Ocoee Tire and Service, a shop that we have been trusting since we first moved to Orlando, to determine the cause of the check engine warning light that popped up last week. I hope that the needed repair will be minor. A dear friend is facing some very scary health issues, please send healing thoughts to her. She is such a loving force for good in the world, and she deserves happiness and good health herself. I have had terrible acid reflux (probably due to stress, but I may be fighting off a bug), which left me devoutly worshiping the porcelain throne for much of yesterday afternoon, unable to eat. I still feel crappy today, but am trying to keep down some Tums, herb tea, and a couple crackers. I hope for good news ahead, or the strength to handle whatever comes. Im having a hard time overcoming my worries, even though I rationally know that my fretting is only complicating the difficult situations, and improving nothing. Im trying to think positive, but it is hard.
