I am at my wits end today! Ntelos called and left me a voice mail stating that as of 4/26, they would be disconnecting us due to excessive tower usage. When I called them, she pretty much told me that I used my phone too much and that they were dropping us as a client. She then informed me that I would not have to pay the $350.00 disconnection fee because they are the one terminating our contract. (How nice of them) Im so SHOCKED! I have unlimited EVERYTHING on my plan and yet they are saying I use their towers too much! So now, we are stuck because we cant use our Ntelos phones anywhere else therefore we have to buy new ones which we cant afford. If you are thinking about switching to Ntelos, DONT! Ive never heard of such things and Im completely shocked and VERY upset!
