I am bawling right now,this is one of the most revealing video on the inhumane blatant disregard for human life..clearly he his in distress or already dead. They did not perform CPR!!!...I have seen police do it for animals...instead they are going through is pocket..laughing..for God sake when will the injustices end..This man looses his life because he sold un tax cigarettes in the past... I dont condone illegal activity....but I am not blind to the economy issues Would you prefer if he enter a bank gun blazing?????
