I am beginning to see this more and more, people walking in the street. Often times totally oblivious as to what is going on around them. I can understand why bicycles are in the street, but pedestrians? Not only are they walking but theyre running as well. If they trip and fall they could very easily get run over, or they could possibly get clipped by a mirror and get seriously hurt. Sidewalks are there for a reason yet more and more people are literally taking to the streets to do their jogging and walking. This could be a serious lawsuit waiting to happen if they end up getting hurt, and whos at fault? the driver or the person walking/jogging in the street when there is a perfectly good sidewalk available?
