I am beyond words right now with optimism and happiness! Since January Discovered Magazine has been taking steps to work with bigger companies, major labels and also the more mainstream side of the music industry. I never thought Id get the chance to say this but since weve had some amazing support from both Warner Music Group (home to Linkin Park, Gerard Way, Birdy, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, David Guetta, Deftones, Muse, Slipknot + more) and from today onwards well be working with the amazing people over at Virgin EMI Records! (Home to Black Sabbath, Bon Jovi, Arcade Fire, Mettalica, Iggy Azalea, Fall Out Boy, JAY Z, Kanye West, Katy Perry, Rihanna and more!) as well as the backing of two other major companies to be announced within the next month! Ive never been so proud to be involved with an industry that supports both new music and new businesses/ media, and cant wait to see what the future holds for a magazine I made two years ago in my bedroom!
