I am blessed Yesterday evening, I received a financial blessing. No, not enough to really make a dent, but enough to pay a couple of bills. It was money I knew was coming and due to me, but it was more than I expected. It could not have come at a better time. I was out of gas, and was stressing about getting to and from school. Now I have gas! I have been so blessed by many people who HAVE driven me to school and to the doctor when my car broke down in the past. What an amazing blessing. I will also be able to go to the doctor today. I have pain, but God has a plan in all of this. My brother is having major surgery today, and I will be praying for him and for the surgeons. My life is filled with blessed people! I have the privilege of knowing many talented people, and attending church with musicians, many of whom are or were professionals. These people share their gifts freely and use them to honor God. My mom is an amazing artist. She uses oils and painting as her primary mediums, and has always done beautiful portraits. As a child, I took it in stride, never really appreciating just how truly talented she is. She has many other talents. These are just two examples, I will share more another day. (My kids are very talented so be prepared, lol) Everyday: I have God (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) For Today: I know I am loved, and I love I have a home I have a Bible I have electricity, heat, water I have a warm coat I have some food My car runs (and has gas!) I can go to school Evan has work I have clean clothes to wear I have shoes I can cook I can sew I can pray I can laugh And we still have coffee!
