I am born in this Buddhist society. We worship our religion, practises and alots of many kinds. Similarly a program of celebrating Lord Buddhas parinirvana comes just once in a year and every year under the initiative of HH Dungsey Garab Rinpochoe, we get a chance to pay our prayers to the Buddhas but the story is different behind the scene. Rinpochoes initiative is always questioned and rejected when proposed every year and why is this happening? And it was glad to get a chain message on wechat announcing Rinpochoes program at Thimphu chorten to celebrate the Lord Buddhas parinirvana but I just got a message stating it is being cancelled and not accepted by the government. The reason they stated was due to PM of Indias visit to Bhutan. So see, Bhutan is shy to exhibit the utmost and the most beautiful value and culture we have...support me guys! Share your opinion....I am also one out of many YOUNG BUDDHIST ASSOCIATION group,,i want to be Buddhist always! Depressed!!!
