I am building a case to demonstrate that fathers rights initiatives is unconstitutional...i feel sorry for those with good intention who created these policies and initiatives but what it did was further destroy concept of family and responsibility. Govt. Cannot teach morals, values, and responsibility especially since they reflect the opposite. So when these notions tricked down, all it produced are funds and grants at tax payors expense to supplement programs and pockets of attorneys. Because there are money to be had these systems and programs by hook or crook are finding ways to justify taking custody away from mothers to give to fsthers in order to access these grants. I jave heard that even men who are millionaires are profiting off of these fathers rights grants. Even institutions are getting research grant monies and printing journal papers that some how justify fathers rights initiatives as a benefit to children. This government has developed another monster patronage system and took responsibility away from individuals, families and communities. Many of these folk are the same kind of people that would, if given money, would find a way to justify slavery. There is a societal projection that Blacks are irresponsible and not mature. Ironically that same stereotype can be applied to our government and those responsible for the housing and economic crash of the US Economy. We recently saw in the Congresss Torture report a group of people who somehow justified their irresponsible and immoral actions toward other peoples (Guantanamo experimentation and Torture) and today, they are accountable for their behavior. In other words, They are above the law of good governance. Why are they above the l of good governance? Because we have no good governance. Since when anyway, have this country relied on Govt?! Good governance must come from the People themselves.
