I am bursting with pride. Karrington Braynen showed up, and showed out! Everyone in the place was talking about his speed, his technique, his power, and most of all his humbleness. They were literally walking up to him shaking his hand like he was Michael Jai White! I received so many compliments about his abilities and his sportsmanship. Although Id like to believe Im the reason he can take a punch, Id like to thank Shihan Grant Campbell, for the 14 years of guidance. You have taught both of my sons more than just self defense, you have instilled a true discipline in them. You are a world champion training future world champions. His Brown belt achievements: 1st place kata and 1st place fighting. Black belt achievements: 2nd place kata and 2nd place fighting (not bad for his first Black belt competition!) Shout out to the lady in the picture with him. She kept saying how much she loved him! (Her husband was an excellent fighter too). Congratulations Kare Bear! We Love You!
