I am by natural a visionary. I see a complete picture of something creative in my head or see a goal that needs to be met and with firm belief I wont let go until its accomplished. David Sowers is an operations guy. He actually MAKES things happen because he is task oriented and sees all the details that are in between the vision and the reality. I try to get David to speed up so we can get to the complete picture I see in my head and in his mind he is telling me to slow down bc there are a lot of moving pieces that have to be figured out. What an adventure we are both always on. We make an incredible team and David Sowers is very patient with me when my passion gets ahead of the details:) Individual strengths are important and to be celebrated but they have to be coupled with gentleness and understanding for one other and compromise at times. We have both grown together in this house building process and are even stronger team bc of it!! We get our house keys today!!! But we have been given other important keys along the way through the process. :) BAM. this concludes todays journal entry. If you read this long post to the end you are my new BFF:)
