I am challenged by this verse to think twice before I judge others, to rather make sure of what I believe and how I walk in that belief. The Way of Christ is based in relationship. Keeping commands/instructions is not out of works or duty, its out of love for the Father and His Son that knows me better than I know myself: Whoever says “I know him” but does not keep his commandments is a liar, and the truth is not in him, but whoever keeps his word, in him truly the love of God is perfected.
