I am charging the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) with criminal negligence in their investigation of collapse of the World Trade Center buildings on Sept. 11, 2001. for the evidence read more at https://groups.yahoo/neo/groups/SomeUnknownUSHistory/conversations/messages/831 Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle got a rare call from Vice President Dick Cheney wherein he “expressed the concern that a review of what happened on September 11 would take resources and personnel away from the effort in the war on terrorism, Daschle told reporters. Soon after this, President Bush personally asked him to limit the congressional investigation into the events of September 11, congressional and White House sources told CNN. We only have George Bush Jr.’s word about who did 9/11. “Let us never tolerate outrageous conspiracy theories - concerning the attacks of September 11th. Malicious lies that attempt to shift the blame away from the terrorist themselves, away from the guilty.” 2,218 Architects and Engineers do not believe NIST’s conclusion about why the World Trade Center buildings collapsed. Commerce Secretary Carlos Gutierrez, the Bush Administration cabinet member in charge of NIST at the time, said, “The lessons learned from the tragic events of 9/11 have yielded stronger building and fire codes for a new generation of safer, more robust buildings across the nation.” LIE. No signs that such design evaluations and retrofit projects have occurred. This is a strong indication that the international building community has not taken the NIST WTC reports seriously. The International Code Council (ICC)’s International Building Code (IBC) provides a general guidance for local code makers in the United States. NIST was not telling the truth about the ICC having adopted code changes to increase structural resistance to the kinds of building collapse phenomena proposed by the WTC reports. ICC did not incorporate relevant changes into its IBC code as a result. NIST recommended wider exit stairways but they cannot prevent the catastrophic collapse of a skyscraper from fire. A 2010 press release from NIST added “better communications” to the list of ICC-adopted recommendations from the WTC investigation. It’s true that the radios used by firefighters in the WTC were a concern, and were actually known by NYC officials to be faulty as early as 1993. However, no amount of radio-related code differences would have prevented the unprecedented destruction of the buildings. Similarly, NIST’s evacuation recommendations had no relevance to the root cause of the WTC destruction. At first, FEMA denied having any records, then it claimed to have turned over everything to another federal agency — namely, NIST. Mr. Cole is the lawyer for (AE911truth. FEMA referred Cole’s FOIA request to NIST, and NIST eventually released a tiny portion of the records. But that arrangement between the two agencies wasn’t legal under the FOIA statute, which mandates that agencies maintain control over their own records. A good video that explains the science at https://youtube/watch?v=5BwZEgZgtT8#t=184 https://youtube/watch?v=4fUT7XgLiTY Why We Need a New Congressional Investigation of 9/11 A summary of the irrefutable evidence that the World Trade Center buildings collapsed due to explosions, not fire - 82 pages see: I had to post this in 7 or 8 page sections https://groups.yahoo/neo/groups/SomeUnknownUSHistory/conversations/messages/798 The bottom line the threat of terrorism is and has not been anything to worry about! What was a big deal was …. Lying to the sovereign, WE THE PEOPLE about WMDs and Saddam Hussan giving aid and comfort to Al Qaeda. youtube/watch?v=OgfzqulvhlQ&app=desktop Lying to the sovereign, WE THE PEOPLE about the threat of terrorism.
