I am coming to you all to ask for positive thoughts for Renners NICU buddy, Preston. He was admitted to the hospital yesterday and this afternoon was transferred to the PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit). He is having labored breathing and is currently on 8 liters of O2 at 50%. As of now, all tests (RSV, etc.) have came back negative, however his X-ray just a little bit ago is looking worse than prior. The plan is to intubate (breathing tube) at 6pm and put him into a drug induced paralysis in hopes to help him relax and not have to work so hard with breathing. I am here with Ashely and ask if you could all say some positive thoughts, that I can remain strong for Ashley so she can be strong for Preston and prayers for little man! Thank You!
