I am completely and utterly shocked, bewildered and in disbelief. This young man known to us a Ralief aka Xolar Diety is ONE of the most prolific, amazing, poets I have EVER MET, he was beyond a poet, he was more like a messenger. He came to The Crystal Room during our 2nd Open Mic and blew us completely away. He let us know of his situation and EVERYONE at that Open Mic reached in their pockets and gave him an offering, we also feed him and sent him home with food. We invited him to be featured at our next Open Mic on 12/13 just 3 days after the crime and he was late, but he came in and blew us away, again we gave and fed him and one of the ladies gave him a ride because he catches the bus. WE THEN had him on ShopTalk Radio the very next day and he was so humbled and honored to be there. Ive been in awe since Ive seen the news and honestly dont know what to think nor the purpose for him crossing our paths.
