I am completely overwhelmed (in the best way possible!) at the dozens of responses I have received after my most recent post. I have read all of your comments, messages, and texts, and am planning to respond to each of them soon, though it will take me some time to collect my thoughts. I honestly feared making myself vulnerable but you all have given me so much in return – the magnitude of your love is nothing short of incredible, and it feels amazing to be open about the experiences I have hidden for years. Also, a special shout-out to the 10+ people who have unfriended me in the past day. Although I’m sure I will encounter other people who will have a similar reaction (if not worse), you have given me even more courage to continue to share my story and even clarified in my mind the exact nature of unconditional love. Thank you all again for your beautiful responses. I am so fortunate to have such a caring group of friends and family in my life and I love you all!
