I am completely shocked by how this little girl is talking to her mom at the table next to me (in Barnes and noble). She just threw a temper tantrum because moms piece of pie was bigger than hers...she got in her mothers face, screaming, youre the worst and youre a liar and I deserve the bigger piece! And then She smacked her mom in the face, ALL WHILE DAD SAT THERE DRINKING HIS LATTÈ LIKE AN IDIOT!!! Moms response? Fine sweetheart here you go...meanwhile, the girl takes her pie, and says give me your water too. And you better buy me this book or Ill scream and you cant tell me what to do..........now, Im not a parent yet, but is this the new way to do things? Is this the new way we let our 10 year old children talk to us? Is this the new acceptable behavior because theyre just kids???...if so, Im out....my momma, cozy Pittman, woulda snatched my black behind up and before I could inhale to speak that first little ignorant word, shed be whispering in my ear have you lost. your. mind, And are you new??...my goodness.
