I am currently studying a 2500 pages thick book about biology and evolution called Life ( I am barely on page 120) however I can already tell I had some misconceptions about evolution. Once I have finished the book I will post some interesting stuff for sure ! One misconception is that evolution wants to make organism more and more complex over time. In fact that is not how evolution works, if something works well, it keep it. One of the reasons why crocodiles remain largely completely unchanged in form and behivour since the age of the dinosaurs. Yet, obviously life did not remain in the form of bacteria, and evolved into multicellular organisms such as us, even if bacteria are some of the most successful organisms on planet Earth and hence would not need to change, so I am a bit confused in this regard. In any case, interesting video to clear up some misinformation!
