I am deeply disturbed about the campaign to prevent British companies from supplying Israels IDF with components. What this campaign says to me is that Britain is removing itself from, and restricting, Israels ability to fight its war against radical Islamic terror. This is a short-sighted and dangerous. It does not take into acount that other dangerous terror armies such as ISIS, Al-Qaida, and Hezbollah are taking notice of a democracy denying another democracy of the ability to fight a war against Islamic terror. This sends a bad and dangerous message to ruthless regimes that do not share the soft stomachs of Britain. British politicians and diplomats must also be aware that these terror enemies are looking to see if, after this conflict, Hamas is allowed to retain control over the Gaza Strip. They will see this as a victory for the march of radical Islam in geopolitical terms, achieved by a democracy being prevented from removing Hamas by a weak-willed Western democracy.
