I am deeply grateful that when life is crazy and my head is spinning, in the midst of any stress, I can go to daily mass and experience communion with our Lord. He is my strength and His strength builds in me and allows me to handle so much more than I could ever have dreamed possible. Those few moments in communion are the heart and soul of my life. Thank you, so much God. Amen (somehow, that turned into a prayer :)
