I am determined to do good says the Lord. Do not fear. These are the things you shall do. Speak each man the truth to his neighbor. Give judgment in your gates for truth, justice and peace. Let none of you think evil in your heart against your neighbor and do not love a false oath, for all these things, I hate. Ask the Lord for rain in the time of the latter rain. The Lord will make flashing clouds; He will give them showers of rain, grass in the field for everyone. The idols speak delusion; the diviners envision lies and tell false dreams. They comfort in vain. Therefore the people wend their way like sheep; they are in trouble because there is no shepherd. My anger is kindled against the shepherds and I will punish the goatherds. COMMENTARY: It is recorded in the scripture the story of Pilate somewhat sarcastically asking Jesus what is truth? It is written that Jesus dropped his head in silence not answering. So when the scripture informs you to tell the truth to your neighbor the question is who is your neighbor or friend or brother? We are instructed to love our neighbor as ourselves. Now the truth is different than say was actually apparent. IE; Your neighbor might be a horribly complaining grumbling person. The scripture is not informing you to tell him this even though it might be true. The scripture is not telling you to preach to your neighbor just as Jesus did not preach to Pilate. The rulers of the world which is to say the cares and worries of the world are concerned with those who have influence in the world which we refer to as politics. They are not concerned with the truth but the circumstance of what appears to be actual. The prophet who is the servant of God, guides men who ask of him the way to the truth of God through the experience of the revelation of the holy spirit who is the bringer of truth. We use words to the holy spirit such as he but this is not truth we give it person hood like we do for a land mass or ship which we refer to as she. The Holy Spirit does not speak nor does it prompt. It is the bringer of truth by which you have insight into all things and enjoy peace having come to understand the nature of men and the seasons and judgments of God that you may serve men. The so called anger of God is for those who speak in the name of God without His anointing authority to do so. The anointing of God is the removal of the blindness which prevents a man from discerning the evidence and substance of the truth that he may reason in it and form his judgments that he may inform another on which way to go in coming to the truth for himself. Now the anger of God is the emphatic expression of the repressed sorrow of God who is only pleased when a man diligently seeks for truth and for those who having come to the truth in a display of gratitude for the grace of God is to reveal the truth of Himself and the power of the forces of heaven that you may have all truth. It is the pleasure of God to give you of what you have need for He knows you have need of these things. So ask Him through His servant and it shall be given to you in the time of your seeking when you are brokenhearted and contrite of mind. It is the admission of this which God loves and is true humility. If what the prophet says does not happen, do not fear him or listen to him. He has spoken presumptuously and God has not sent Him. For it is written; He has shown you oh man what is good: and what ode the Lord require of you but to do justly, to love mercy and to walk humbly with your God. The trouble with the church to day and those who have the arrogance to speak in the name of God without the perfect knowledge of the truth is that they heap up many things on the shoulders of men and lift not one finger to remove them. They have made the people proud in their obedience to laws without understanding the purpose and time of the law and like the Jews before them having sin they will pick up stones in judgment of men. LET HE WHO IS WITHOUT SIN CAST THE FIRST STONE. The truth is holy all else is a theater of the absurd.
