I am doing a few things different with my one-on-one clients this year that I have never done before and I am loving the changes... they get a Powerpoint high-level biz plan after our all day strategic meeting, they get to email me once each week, and I send a Monthly Evaluation email. These are new things. They also get a lot of other stuff like one-on-one monthly coaching calls and my 30 video curriculum that I have offered in the past. AND this year, I also have let three out of twelve clients go so far (Since October) because they were not willing to do the work that it takes to build a business. And there is no sense in wasting their time or mine. The current group of clients that remain are SUPERSTARS and I have no headaches at all this year when it comes to clients working for their dreams. And yes, it gives me a huge headache to repeat myself month after month. If you arent checking stuff off your list each month, I am not a good coach for you.
