I am eating some Haagen-Dazs coffee ice cream! I havent had ice cream in about 5 years. Its not good for me but, I allow myself to have a very (very) good/not good for me treat once in a while....Im allowed! LOL Ive lost a little too much weight (be careful what you wish for!) but, I cant control it. Im drinking protein shakes with a whole banana blended in, weight gainer powder and regular muscle milk powder + 2% milk, not half 2% and half water so, I am getting plenty of calories and good nutrients. If I keep dropping, Ill go see whats going on but, for now, I just attribute it to my diet and getting older
