I am endorsing Gilda Riccardi for Family court judge. She is the most qualified person for the position from all I have looked into. Paid signage does not render someone qualified. Theres a boys club about town, and I would advise anyone voting to look beyond the club and who in said club is endorsing fellow friends. that does not make one qualified. If you do what you have always done, you will get what you have always gotten. The Family Court system in UC is broken, truly. Everyone knows it regardless of where one sits in the food chain, from counsel, to therapists, to families, to law enforcement, to local youth agencies. I hope you will look into the candidates and their experience with youth, with mental health, with families, with mediation, etc. Gilda Riccardi will be a long overdue breath of fresh air.
