I am ex military. Ex truck driver, ex construction worker. A grandmother. A divorcee, a ex pastors wife. and mom. One of which was a suicide victim. You know I guess because I have been through so much I dont have so much tolerance for excuses. I am harder on myself than maybe I need to be but grace - I do get tired of people being so easily offended and running off in a huff. Stand tall, get some back bone. Admit when you are wrong. Say you are sorry if you do something wrong or you hurt someones feelings - unless they are offended at the bible and if that is the case that is Jesus they are offended at. I left school at the end of 9th grade. I entered the air force when I was 17, by the time I was 20 I had 3 kids, and had been married twice and served in the air force. I really get fed up with these stories for example Michael Brown in Ferguson. He was a strong healthy young man who bullied other people and committed a crime. I dont have to include his race..... to know what he did was wrong. IF a cop tries to arrest you for a crime you comit and you resist arrest you are as we say in the south cruisin for a brusin. Police officers have the right to use necessary force to subdue the suspect. IF you go for their gun or strike the officer you take things to a whole nother level....... grammar is deliberate. IF you strike the officer... if you threaten him with bodily harm, if you draw a weapon or make an attempt to go for his you just wrote your name on a death warrant. DUMB MISTAKE. AND you will reap what you sow. IF youre a christian - and you go around saying you are a christian. STOP your cussing ok. OR if you do slip up at least have the decency to apologize and say you are sorry and not defend or make excuses for something you know in your heart is wrong. AND if you are a baby christian new to the faith and someone in the faith tells you something you are doing is wrong. Dont get all bowed up and defensive. They are not telling you that to hurt you. They are telling you that to help you. Because NO SIN will enter heaven...... we all need to have a teachable spirit when it comes to the word of God including myself. Now Im done.
