I am excited to announce Area 5s Cycle of Service Coordinators for the 2014-2015 year: Rhea Kerawala Owen Yang Huy Nguyen Julia Chin Janis Sarmiento For those who dont know, Cycle of Service is an executive team made up of representatives from each club in Area 5. These Cycle of Service Coordinators work together to create or set up service events corresponding to the Districts Community Project for the Area to participate in. Cycle of Service also holds Project Innovate, which is a contest for Area 5 Interactors to submit service or fundraising event ideas, that do not necessarily have to support the International or Community Projects. The winning submissions are brought to life with the help of CoS Coordinators. Project Innovate will be held later on in the year. The first Cycle of Service event will be a continuation of Thank Our Troops, our Project Innovate winner last year, and is scheduled to take place in November. CoS Coordinators will release details at a later time. CoS 2013-2014 did a fantastic job establishing the foundation of this team, so HUGE snaps & love to them.
