It is the best solution for organizing all the content relevant to you -- TV shows, Web series, social videos, YouTube clips, etc. -- in one application across all platforms, including your Smart TV. And, through deals with most of the major cable and satellite providers, our technology will be integrated into your TVs Electronic Program Guide, accessible via remote control. By early next year, we are projected to be available in 80% of U.S TV households. We already have hundreds of content deals with companies like VEVO, Hulu, Showtime, Gannett, Billboard, PopSugar, AMC, Fox Sports and many more. As we all know, television has been such an important part of the American story, but the way we consume this media is changing. This change represents a huge tectonic shift in our culture. Frequency is leading the vanguard to manage that shift in a way that is personal, intuitive, and efficient. Idea Giants will still be here and we will focus on operating as a production studio and creative agency for content providers, sitting upstream of distribution.
