I am excited to be part of this new research to bring High Speed Busses (HSB) to USA. I would think (HSR) High Speed rails would be amazing but the cost is extremely high to create the infrastructure and maintain it. So why not use an HSB? It reached speeds to 150mph while traveling and is operated by an autonomous system so there is no chance of human error. Also It has its own right of way on the roadways so it is never stuck in traffic. It is a lot cheaper than rails and it is ran 100% on electricity.
