I am excited to have witnessed the ministry events and festivities in celebration of the 100th year anniversary of The New Morning Star Church of Christ. Like the psalmist in 118:23, I believe it is the declaration of Bishop RT McCarter and the members at The New Morning Star Church that This is the Lords doing; it is marvelous in our eyes. I am overjoyed to have reunited with the past and present members of The Jamming For Jesus Choir to sing together in the celebration. The Word was preached with power and conviction. Last Sunday at 11 AM, Pastor Carlton McCarter preached Keep it one hundred, followed by his brother, Bishop Tiff McCarter, who preached at 4 PM from a message entitled, Its in Your hands. Then this morning at 11 AM, their sister, Pastor Audrey McCarter-Hedgepeth, preached from a subject Wont He do it! followed by their brother, Bishop Sheldon McCarter, who at 4 PM culminated the church anniversary celebration preaching from a subject Signed and Sealed. Morning Stars anniversary celebration has been like none other. I have been abundantly, exceedingly, and wondrously blessed these past two weeks. Thank you Bishop McCarter for your faithfulness.....leading The New Morning Star Church of Christ to higher heights and deeper depths in Him for the past 43 years (since November 1970). #WhenGodHasHisHandsInIt...........
