I am familiar with all the flood areas to avoid on the South and West parts of San Angelo. Last night when the storm blew in, I was on the East side of town. The electricity went off briefly at Los Panchitos! Anyway, I KNOW from a past experience many years ago to avoid the Pullium St. Underpass (I drowned my 76 Ford Grand Torino in there along with several other cars) but I had no idea how bad Main St. gets! It is like a river!! Excuse my hick sounding self in this video, but look at this flooding!! Ridiculous. Fire truck pulled out in front of the car in front of us, there were cars behind us, no one trying to direct the traffic you just blocked, it was CRAZY!!! The sound at the end of the video was the plastic piece under the bumper (I dont know what its called) it was pushed down by the force of the deep water!!!
