I am feeling inspired and motivated to move forward in my aspirations. Last night, I was at the WIN, ROCK, RULE Womens Empowerment New Jersey Conference with the amazing life coach, TV Personality (abc, nbc, TV one).. and founder of Girlfriends Pray, DEE MARSHALL. Dee Marshall was FABULOUS and she kept the crowd motivated! The panel discussion with Deju Vuster, WBLS Radio, Camelia M. Valdes, Prosecutor, Passaic County, Sakina Spruell Cole, Producer NBC Universal, Maddie Brooks, Prudential Insurance Company and Janice Kovach, Mayor of Clinton, Clinton, New Jersey was informative. Each woman eloquently communicated the tools to be a Super Woman rocking in your Career. The Inspirational Keynote- Monique Greenwood, Owner of several Bed and Breakfast, shared her personal testimony of purchasing a mansion (formally owned by Woolworth empire) to establish her first bed and breakfast. Monique stated, I contacted the realtor and I didnt know nothing and had nothing but I never told myself NO you cant purchase this property. I had Favor which granted me the ACCESS!! Other notable speakers: First and Only Woman of Color were Micheline Davis, Esq, Executive Vice President, Barnabas Health and Paulette Brown, Esq, Partner & Chief Diversity officer and the First African American to be the President of the Bar Association. Special recognition to the women who received awards: Tami LaMorn, Dr. Hanaa A. Hamdi and Makeba Green. It was a great evening with Women of Greatness!
