I am feeling like a VERY proud Auntie right now. My niece Jordan Renee, my bff Desiree Adaway s eldest daughter, in her first job out of college, wrote this AMAZING commercial for Nike, which will air tonight, just before the Cleveland Cavaliers game. She pitched her idea not because it was her job, but because she felt she had a story to tell. And she got it! To all who say that the youth of today are not motivated and lack initiative, I say people like Jordan are ALL OVER our workplaces. We need to nurture and encourage their talent. Jordan -- you had me sobbing. This is such a great story. I am so proud of you!! And Desiree -- congratulations on raising such amazing daughters. #inawe
